This means the customer should follow any logical reason e.g. "Please redo the steps". If the customer refuses to, the refund rights will be void. Toxicity will also NOT be tolerated, which can void your refund rights. Anything within the paradigms of toxicity within OUR eyes will be counted as "toxic". Keep it positive. You will understand that Vertex staff cannot be on 24/7, and our support may take longer to respond back. Please wait patiently as we do get through all tickets. We will not tolerate 'spamming' and threats of any sort, keep your manners understandable and consistent. OVERALL | ACCOUNTS (4) In the case of a dispute, or any external activities relating to post-purchase issues, VERTEX is to be protected by the TOS, these terms are also as accessible to you as the third-party regulating the dispute or issue, YOU will understand this. WE URGE YOU TO READ OUR TOS BEFORE ANY PURCHASES, OR DO RESEARCH INTO THE PURCHASE OF ACCOUNTS AND BE INFORMED OF THE FOLLOWING PURCHASE YOU WILL MAKE. VERTEX urges you as a customer to read the Terms Of Service BEFORE you purchase any products, you automatically AGREE to this TOS ON PURCHASE, failing to understand this will not make VERTEX responsible for ANY scenarios that may occur post-purchase of any VERTEX services / products. You WILL understand this, VERTEX will not hesitate with complaints if you respond to issues / manners that our TOS clearly states there is NOTHING VERTEX can do / proceed with. RISK | ACCOUNTS (5) You will ABSOLUTELY and UTTERLY understand that purchasing ANY accounts could ALWAYS have a RISK, this RISK refers to any of the following: The account being pulled back, the account being lost, the account not lasting for the preferred duration of the time the customer wants, the PREVIOUS owner taking action. This therefore means that YOU WILL UNDERSTAND that there is NO SUCH factor as a 0% RISK FACTOR when purchasing VERTEX Accounts. YOU are solely responsible for the security of your account information, including ALL details. We are NOT liable for any unauthorized access or use of your product. This is a risk YOU are willing to take and agree to ON PURCHASE, VERTEX will not be held responsible for failure to understand that there are risks, and ANYTHING that happens to the accounts post-purchase in regards to the following sections / scenarios below. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. YOU will also UNDERSTAND, that you are using a middleman service for the accounts, meaning VERTEX is NOT associated, NOR responsible for the ACCOUNTS, WE do NOT source them, 'pull' them, or do ANYTHING regarding the initial sourcing overall of the accounts, WE are a THIRD PARTY that DISTRIBUTES the accounts, and are not associated to the origins of the accounts, and ANY past history associated with them until they reach OUR ( VERTEX ) stock. We do NOT hold details of the SAID accounts, the account details are unknown to VERTEX, and will only be provided to the customer ON PURCHASE. Account delivery delays are normal. This is a fact YOU accept too. Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours to deliver an account. This does not usually occur, however certain circumstances can shift these wait times. Please understand accounts are non-refundable, please read 'USAGE OF ACCOUNTS | REFUND POLICY' for more information. USAGE OF ACCOUNTS | REFUND POLICY (6) You will understand as a customer that VERTEX DOES NOT offer a REFUND policy, VERTEX will instead follow with these procedures in the case of the following scenarios: An account pullback, the loss of details, initial ( first ) login not working. VERTEX will provide COMPENSATION, this referring to a REPLACEMENT, ONLY in the scenario that the ( first ) initial login doesn't work. In the following scenarios, VERTEX will provide a warranty that will ONLY apply ON PURCHASE, you will understand that this ONLY applies AFTER PURCHASE (only covering the FIRST login), meaning that if the initial ( first ) login doesn't work EXACTLY AFTER PURCHASE, you will be legible for a REPLACEMENT. This REPLACEMENT account will match the features of your ORIGINAL purchase. NO upgrades OR additional advantages / incentives will be provided due to issues with your purchase. Furthermore, in the scenario where a customer may purchase a VERTEX Account, and decides NOT to login DIRECTLY AFTER purchase, yet their account gets pulled back within a short amount of time, you as a customer will understand that the following terms and conditions apply: VERTEX will ONLY offer a replacement if the TIME since PURCHASE has NOT exceeded 10 minutes. You will understand that you have 10 minutes after purchase to login to the account, ANYTHING after the 10 minute duration AFTER purchase will not be covered by VERTEX. It is NOT at fault of VERTEX that you have decided as a customer to login after a longer duration of time than recommended. It is this short because WE ARE NO liable for the customer's action's after they've received the account / purchased. Issue Related: (PULLBACKS) (7) You will UNDERSTAND that once the account is purchased, it is within YOUR property as a customer, therefore any post-purchase issues / changes to your account, WILL NOT be a concern of VERTEX. This covers any of the following: an account pullback, a loss of details, ANY changes to your account WHATSOEVER. You will understand that it is NOT VERTEX's concern if YOUR account is pulled back, or any of the scenarios above occur. You will understand that once you purchase an account, it is at YOUR responsibility to secure your account following the STEPS within the EMAIL after purchase, AS-WELL as the VERTEX 'SECURE ACCOUNT' channel. VERTEX will not do anything regarding the following issues, and will not be held responsible for any correlating factors associated with the following: • Using our product(s) with injected software (e.g. cheats) • Your account being banned/restricted from the game launcher. • No cooperation (3) with our support team. • I "changed my mind" type of situation. The purchase is final. • If you "don't like the account". VERTEX does not offer a refund policy, accounts are subject to the TOS above, and you will understand that VERTEX tries its best to make sure the accounts are fit for use, up to standard and as secure as possible for its next users, insuring the best quality it possibly can. It's absolutely forbidden to break any third-party TOS with it. There is no reversal done as well as no data or memory being changed, and no listed items/products that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right under the laws of any jurisdiction. To Product Developers/Law Enforcement/Anti-Cheat Companies/Brand Representatives/Anti-Cheat workers: We take no responsibility for the user’s actions while they are utilizing the products that we provide nor are we associated with them in any way besides providing access to said products. We do not hold sources, drivers, licenses, or any data of the said (listed) products in this server (Vertex). We are also not breaking your EULA, TOS, etc. In any form, as we have not agreed to it in the first place nor hold any accounts, licenses, etc. on your platforms and we will never either. Thereby, all listed products do not touch data from the game at all. It's an external process which means nothing is reversed/no data/memory is changed. Aka, there is no intent to "bypass" anything. That means no copyright infringement is done, As well as no loss on a company their profits at all with our provided products. If there is any damage/loss due to the user's actions Vertex shall not be responsible. All our software is officially signed and uses signed drivers by official companies. Keep in mind the accounts being listed are NOT initially sold by us. We are only the middleman of those accounts to make sure the trade goes fine. Vertex is not associated at all. We do not earn any money on this nor hold account details. The trade is done on this server, the details are being sent somewhere else outside of this server. We do not benefit from these accounts. They are also not stolen by VERTEX, and as stated come from an external supplier. 10) EXCLUSION CAUSE If you are an employee or volunteer, previously employed by or volunteered at, associated with, representative or are acquaintances or family with a member of Valve Corporation, Epic Games, Bohemia Interactive a.s., BattlEye Innovations, CEVO LLC, (EAC) EasyAntiCheat Ltd., Turtle Entertainment GmbH, E-Sports Entertainment LLC, Riot Games, Tencent or any legal or other firm representing the aforementioned organizations, you are explicitly not permitted to access any products or services offered by "Vertex" in any regard whatsoever, as well as visiting the website/server. 11) APPLICABLE LAW You agree that this Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of your use of this server/website or our products or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws where the headquarters of the owner of this server/website is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By registering or using this server/website and service you consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the county or city where the headquarters of the owner of this server/website is located. 12) PROHIBITED USES You may not use our products to violate the terms or agreements of other parties. This means using our products in a not permitted way. Educational should only be used on private servers. We have done no work to 100% ensure that our users do not violate the agreements of third parties. The products are evidently for cosmetic use. It is your job to ensure that third-party agreements are not violated and you are liable if they are. You may live stream usage of our products or record your usage as you please. If you do violate third-party terms by doing this, we are not liable for the consequences from them, you are yourself since you accepted our TOS yourself.
